Dr. Furer's professional background involves working in inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community treatment, catering to individuals across all age groups. He is a former Unit Chief of Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry at NYC's Historic Bellevue Hospital, and also a former Associate Program Director of NYU's Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program.
