Concierge care is a more personalized, high-touch approach to psychiatric treatment. It is designed to provide a level of access, flexibility, and attention that goes beyond traditional models of care.
At Palm Tree Psychiatry, this means a thoughtfully curated patient panel, allowing Dr. Furer to spend more time with each individual, develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and provide care that is highly tailored rather than standardized. Appointments are not rushed, communication is more direct, and scheduling is designed to accommodate the demands of your life.
In contrast to traditional psychiatry, which is often limited by insurance constraints, shorter visits, and higher patient volume, concierge care prioritizes depth, discretion, and responsiveness. The focus is on a comprehensive approach, integrating medical, psychological, and lifestyle factors to deliver care that is precise, individualized, and aligned with the level at which you operate.
Dr. Furer is currently licensed in Florida, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Virginia. Telepsychiatry services are available in all five states, allowing for secure, private visits from the comfort of your home, office, or another appropriate setting.
In-person appointments are offered in Jupiter and Boca Raton, Florida for those who prefer a face-to-face setting.
Dr. Furer works with children as young as age 3, as well as adolescents and young adults as appropriate.
Care is thoughtfully tailored to each developmental stage, ensuring an approach that is appropriate, effective, and aligned with the needs of both the individual and their family.
Palm Tree Psychiatry operates on a concierge model, allowing for extended visits, direct access to your psychiatrist, and highly individualized care without the constraints of insurance-based systems.
