Dr. Tzvi Furer of Palm Tree Psychiatry understands that deciding to focus on your mental health is no easy feat. He is an experienced double-board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who knows the pressures of leadership, high expectations, and sustaining performance in demanding environments.
Dr. Furer's top-grade training at the prestigious New York University (NYU) Langone Health and renowned Bellevue Hospital has equipped him with the tools to provide elite care. He is a former Unit Chief for Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital, and former Associate Program Director of NYU's Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program. Dr. Furer has practiced extensively across numerous settings in both New York & Florida.
Dr. Furer specializes working with high-achieving children and adults with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and performance-driven mental health. He works with individuals who are accustomed to pushing through challenges, often minimizing their own distress until it begins to impact focus, energy, or overall well-being.
